Businesses that look after their customers in the WhatsApp Business app and want their own apps and systems to use the same number: booking apps, customer apps, admin panels and back-office tools.

How it works

1. Connect

   Your admin connects your existing number through Meta's Embedded Signup, with your own Meta account. We take you through it on a call.

2. Integrate

   Your systems send messages through our API, which works like Meta's Cloud API, and receive incoming messages and delivery updates by webhook.

3. Keep chatting

   Your staff keep using the WhatsApp Business app. Messages they send from the phone reach your systems too, so every conversation stays complete.

  No new number and no migration. The WhatsApp Business app keeps working.

• An API you already know

  Requests and webhooks follow Meta's Cloud API format. Your systems never hold Meta credentials.

• Templates, managed

  Create message templates and follow Meta's approval in the portal. Only approved templates are sent.

• Checks on every send

  Approved templates only, replies only within WhatsApp's 24-hour customer service window, no duplicate sends, a daily limit and an emergency stop.

• Health checks

  We watch every connection for expiring access, disconnections, rejected templates and payment problems, and contact you when something needs attention.

• Your account, your billing

  You own your WhatsApp Business account and pay Meta directly, at Meta's rates. You can disconnect at any time.

Privacy first

WhatRoom is built to hold as little data as possible, for as short a time as possible.

• We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
• Message content we hold is encrypted and deleted on a fixed schedule.
• We never store sign-in codes.
• Incoming messages can be set up to go straight from Meta to your own systems, without passing through us.
• The portal is by invitation only and supports two-factor authentication.
